Fresco Deck & Patio Coatings is a division of Greenheart Landscapes, LLC, servicing the greater Phoenix, Arizona area. As a turnkey installation company, we take care of the project from ideation to execution, offering our clients a one-stop-shop solution. Sister Team
In 2024, Irene Larios and her older sister, Gricelda Farias, launched Fresco Deck & Patio Coatings. The sister-led Fresco Deck team is committed to providing excellent service and premium installations. Pioneers in the Arizona decking industry, Irene and Gricelda set the bar high for their team, crews, and company as women and Latina business owners.
Irene Larios
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Irene Larios graduated from Arizona State University with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education. She has been involved with her family’s landscaping business since 2004 and launched her first landscape business in 2014.
As the owner of Greenheart Landscapes, LLC, she specializes in modern décor and provides customers with functional and innovative designs.
Gricelda Farias
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Gricelda (Pepper) Farias is a financial professional with over 30 years of experience in for-profit and non-profit financial management and auditing. From overseeing the finances of an industrial manufacturer with branches across the US to opening multiple businesses with her husband, Gricelda knows the ins and outs of finance. She is a passionate community member, working as the Finance Director for the Training and Research Foundation, a nonprofit providing early childcare learning to underserved communities.
