Fresco Deck & Patio Coatings offers a two-year warranty on the labor and materials utilized in its projects. However, no warranty shall be effective until the terms and conditions of sale set forth in the Fresco Deck invoice are met.

Fresco Deck accepts payment via credit card, check, e-check, and bank transfer. An initial 50% payment deposit upon signing is required, with the remaining balance due following completion of the work. A service charge may be added for accounts 30 days past due at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% annum). The warranty is void until payment has been made in full.
